I am a health and training physiologist and a yoga teacher.
I specialise  in movement as medicine and resting techniques to balance the mind and the body.
I work with visualization meditation as a technique to set goals.

About me

I’m a passionista that is exploring the spiritual part of myself. My biggest passion is mental health and wellbeing.  

After finding my way out of depression and a eating disorder I decided to be a guide for others to help balancing the body and mind. I have used the last couple of years to reconnect with myself and who I truly am. 

On the way I have found different techniques that I’m now ready tho share with you.
