  1. General These terms apply to the purchase of services through our website. By ordering a service from us, you accept the terms described below.

  2. Price and Payment All prices listed on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Payment is processed through Stripe, so when you pay for a service, Stripe handles your data. We store your information until the payment is successfully completed.

  3. Order Confirmation Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at vildelinneayoga@gmail.com to check the status of your order. You can also check your payments at your profile.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Customer Cancellation: If you need to cancel your place at an event, you can do so by contacting us at vildelinneayoga@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded.
    • Organizer Cancellation: If we need to cancel the event for any reason, we will notify you, and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

  5. Changes to the Event We reserve the right to make minor changes to the eventā€™s timing or location if necessary. You will be informed of such changes well in advance, and if the changes do not suit you, you will have the option to cancel your participation and receive a full refund.

  6. Disclaimer Participation in our events, both physical and digital, is at your own risk. We recommend consulting a physician if you have any health-related concerns before attending. Zengaarden is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during or in connection with our events.

  7. Privacy We take your privacy seriously. When you book through our website, we collect necessary information such as your name and contact information to process your order.
